Kai, who currently resides in Singapore with his family, has works in two corporate collections and also a solo show, “Rhyme Or Reason” from 2010, under his belt.
The self-taught artist explores history, economics, the environment and politics in his new “Short Memories” series.
Some words from the artist:
“After about four years of figurative works I have come full circle and am back to abstract storytelling - while trying to create beauty through balance and repetition. It usually starts with a thought or something I have seen or read, something I have researched. Most of the time our history, our past, is the starting point for my work.”
